With Help Scout and Autopilot, you'll be able to:

  • See a single view of your customer.

  • Segment your customers into audiences using data from Help Scout.

  • Create dashboards and set goals using all of your customer data.

When you connect the Help Scout data source, all of your customer records from Help Scout will be synced and a new object will be added to your customer data platform where you can view all of the relevant fields from Help Scout.
